1. Definitions

The following terms, when used in this Agreement with an initial capital letter, shall have the meanings set out below:

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. This is an absolute requirement and is non-negotiable. kaya56 enforces age verification rigorously during the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all associated funds returned to the verified legal guardian or account holder.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is primarily designed and operated to serve players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited at the individual-user level under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful in your specific location at the time of each session.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or email address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Capacity. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to sanctions that would prohibit your participation.

2.5 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of kaya56 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to maintain Player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information. During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. This includes, at minimum: your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP or valid government-issued identification), a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and your date of birth.

3.2 KYC Verification. kaya56 may, at any time — and must before any withdrawal request is processed — require you to complete KYC verification by submitting copies of:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM);
• A document confirming your current residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA or BRI mobile banking showing your name and account number).

3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kaya56 will never request your password by email, live chat, or phone. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Account Updates. You must notify kaya56 promptly if any of your registered details change. Failure to maintain accurate records may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension pending re-verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kaya56 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Supported methods may change at any time; the current list is always displayed on the Platform's deposit page.

4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum single deposit is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100.000.000. kaya56 reserves the right to apply additional limits to individual accounts based on risk-management assessments without advance notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players during Indonesian banking hours (generally Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00 WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays) are typically processed within 2–5 minutes. Requests submitted outside banking hours, or where additional verification is required, may take up to 24 hours. kaya56 does not guarantee processing times where third-party banking delays occur.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Before any withdrawal is processed:

• The Player's KYC verification must be complete and approved;
• Any applicable Bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's verified real-money Balance;
• The destination bank account or e-wallet must be registered in the same name as the kaya56 Account.

4.5 Third-Party Payments. Deposits made from or withdrawals sent to accounts not in the Player's own name are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

4.6 Currency. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kaya56 does not accept or process foreign currency. Any conversion costs incurred by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible Players as defined in each individual promotion's specific terms. kaya56 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where abuse is suspected.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Each promotion specifies its own rollover multiplier. For example, a bonus with a 10x rollover requirement on a Rp 200.000 bonus requires total valid wagers of Rp 2.000.000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

5.3 Game Contributions. Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, sports bets contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 100%, and standard slots contribute 100%. Certain games may contribute at reduced rates or zero — these will be listed in the promotion's excluded games clause.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. kaya56 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abu se, including but not limited to: self-depositing to claim a matched deposit bonus, placing low-risk or zero-risk wagers ("whale betting" / "bonus hunting") to satisfy rollover requirements, systematically over-betting on unrelated markets, or exploiting lag/connection issues to secure a free bet outcome. Any bonus obtained through such abuse will be voided, associated winnings forfeited, and the Account may be permanently suspended.

5.5 Right to Amend. kaya56 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued, any Bonus Funds already credited will be honoured under their original terms for a reasonable redemption period.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Valid Bets. A wager is considered valid once it is confirmed and recorded in the Platform's system. Wagers placed but not yet confirmed, or staked beyond the available Balance, will be rejected. kaya56's system record is the sole authoritative record for determining the validity, settlement, and outcome of any Wager.

6.2 Event Settlement. Sports wagers are settled according to the official result of the event as published by the relevant governing body or league (such as the Indonesian Football Association, FIFA, UEFA, or the relevant domestic league). Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, wagers will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published on the Platform for that sport or market type.

6.3 Live Betting. For live or in-play markets, kaya56 accepts wagers based on the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, provided the bet is placed before the market is closed or the event state changes. In the event of a disputed live bet, the Platform's time-stamped system record prevails.

6.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a software malfunction, network failure, or system error that results in an obviously incorrect price, odds, or settlement, kaya56 reserves the right to void the affected wagers or correct the settlement to the pre-error value. This right applies regardless of whether the error was attributable to the Platform or a third-party data provider.

6.5 Maximum Payout. kaya56 reserves the right to impose a maximum payout per bet, per account, or per day. Where such a cap applies, it will be displayed on the relevant game or market page. The maximum single payout is Rp 1.000.000.000 unless otherwise stated for specific games or promotions.

6.6 Game Fairness. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are subject to independent auditing. Betting odds and game results are generated and verified via systems designed to operate independently of any human intervention. Wagers on games, including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting-style prediction games) where available, are governed by these rules.

7. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

7.1 Purpose. kaya56 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools and controls to help Players manage their gaming activity and to ensure that participation remains a form of entertainment rather than a source of financial or personal harm.

7.2 Age Restriction. kaya56 is an adults-only platform. You must be 21 years of age or older to register and play. We take this obligation seriously and enforce it through KYC verification and ongoing monitoring.

7.3 Deposits & Play Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and maximum-stake limits on their Account. Once set, these limits may be reduced immediately but cannot be increased until a minimum of 24 hours has elapsed, to prevent impulsive reversals of a self-imposed limit.

7.4 Cool-Off & Time-Out. Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which their Account is inaccessible. This feature is designed to allow a deliberate break from gaming.

7.5 Self-Exclusion. Players seeking a longer or indefinite break may request permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Account is closed, all bonuses are forfeited, and the remaining Balance may be withdrawn subject to KYC. kaya56 will not knowingly permit a self-excluded Player to re-register or access the Platform.

7.6 Getting Help. If you believe your gaming has become excessive or is affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, you are encouraged to contact kaya56 support immediately. 8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content, software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and databases on the Platform, including the kaya56 name and branding, are the property of kaya56 or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual-property laws. The Platform's software and underlying game technology are licensed, not sold, and may be protected by copyright and patent law.

8.2 Restricted Use. Except as expressly permitted herein, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content. You may not scrape, mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any purpose whatsoever.

8.3 Trademarks. The kaya56 name and logo are trademarks of kaya56. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in such marks. You may not use the kaya56 name in any commercial or misleading context without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 General. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kaya56, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

9.2 Events Beyond Control. kaya56 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from acts of God, government restrictions, telecommunications or internet outages, power failures, strikes, civil disturbances, pandemic conditions, or any other cause beyond kaya56's reasonable control.

9.3 Third-Party Services. The Platform may reference or integrate third-party services (such as payment processors or game providers). kaya56 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of any such third party, including any delays in payments caused by a Player's bank.

9.4 Maximum Aggregate Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of kaya56 for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of your verified real-money Balance at the time the claim arises, or Rp 100.000.000, whichever is lower.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

kaya56 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with applicable Indonesian data-protection principles and the specific practices described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. You consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described therein, including account administration, KYC verification, risk and fraud monitoring, statistical analysis, and compliance with legal obligations.

You acknowledge that data may be shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and identity-verification partners) strictly for the purpose of delivering the service to you. kaya56 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting kaya56 support. Upon closure, any remaining verified Balance that is not subject to bonus conditions or pending settlements will be returned to you.

11.2 Suspension by kaya56. kaya56 may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe you have:

• Breached any term of this Agreement;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity;
• Attempted to manipulate or exploit the Platform or any bonus;
• Provided false or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Used the Platform while under the minimum age or from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Used the Platform in a manner that compromises its security, integrity, or availability.

11.3 Consequences of Termination. In the event of termination for breach, kaya56 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where the breach is fraudulent or abusing in nature, to withhold or void associated winnings and balances. In cases of genuine, non-fraudulent breach, the verified real-money Balance may be returned to the Player less any amounts set off against lawful claims or outstanding obligations.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement, and all matters arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia and, where such laws do not provide a basis for resolution, by general principles of international commercial law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall first be referred to amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12.1 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or, if it cannot be so modified, deleted. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and kaya56 in relation to its subject matter, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.

13. Amendments

kaya56 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email and/or by a visible notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes come into effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. Where a material change is to your disadvantage, you may close your Account and request the return of your verified Balance. Amendments shall not apply retroactively to settled wagers.
